Job Summary

The People & Culture Lead is responsible for driving IPEC’s HR management system with a focus on fostering a positive organizational culture, promoting diversity and inclusion, managing talent, and enhancing employee engagement. This role plays a pivotal part in aligning people practices with company values, ensuring a comprehensive employee lifecycle management, and supporting organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring alignment of people practices with the company's core values.
  • Design, implement, and oversee Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives, awareness programs, and workshops to promote an inclusive workplace.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Oversee talent development, including training, career progression, and performance evaluations.
  • Lead employee engagement activities, including branding, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and feedback sessions.
  • Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions, analyze insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: MBA in HR or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6–10 years in HR, with proven success in D&I and employee engagement programs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication and people skills, strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of D&I initiatives, employee engagement, talent management, and HR best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in designing and executing awareness programs and workshops related to diversity and inclusion.
  • Ability to act as a culture ambassador and influence organizational change.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret survey data and feedback.
  • Familiarity with HR management systems and tools.

Experience

  • 6 to 10 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in roles involving culture building, diversity & inclusion, talent management, and employee engagement.
