Job Description
- Manage and optimize retention including email, SMS, WhatsApp and more
- Work with content writers to curate extraordinary content personalized to your audience
- Experience & expertise in setting up as well as managing enterprise scale email, SMS and other channels.
- Segment audiences based on campaigns or strategies
- Execute continuous A/B testing
- Develop and present performance reports on a weekly basis
- Innovate with new ideas and strategies in not just frequency and type of email but also content
- Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright, data protection, marketing laws)
