Job Summary

The JAVA Cloud Native Lead / JAVA Full Stack Professional plays a critical role in designing and implementing cloud-native applications utilizing Java technologies. This position involves leading teams to build, enhance, and maintain scalable applications while ensuring high performance and reliability. The individual will contribute to the overall success of the organization by delivering innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of cloud-native applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create microservices-based architecture.
• Implement unit tests and maintain high code quality while adhering to Agile development practices.
• Optimize application performance and provide support during the deployment phases on AWS.
• Work closely with front-end developers to integrate Angular applications with back-end services.
• Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 6-13 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java technologies.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and cloud services (preferably AWS).
• Strong understanding of web development frameworks, particularly Angular.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Experience

• 6 to 13 years of relevant experience in software development, with a proven record of delivering complex projects.

Environment

The typical work setting is in-office, located in Bengaluru or Hyderabad. Opportunities for hybrid work arrangements may vary based on company policy.

Salary

• 4-7 Years of experience: ₹14 Lakhs per annum
• 7-9 Years of experience: ₹17 Lakhs per annum
• 9-13 Years of experience: ₹22 Lakhs per annum
