Job Summary:

The CEO of Carisma Solutions (India) will be responsible for driving the company's growth and profitability, while ensuring seamless service delivery. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the accounting and financial services industry, particularly within the Australian market. The CEO will lead a dynamic team, foster a culture of excellence, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Strategic Goals:

The Strategic Goals for the CEO as per the growth plan envisaged for the company are:

• Steering expansion into other geographies like the EU and the US
• Expanding the current revenue and client base of the company
• Assess areas of process optimisation and automation and lead teams to implement the same for profitable growth
• Manage large teams in multiple regions and develop second level business / regional leaders and promote channel partners / networks

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the financial services / BPO / KPO industry.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
