Key Responsibilities Executive Support ● Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and priorities efficiently. ● Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests. ● Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing notes. ● Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups. ● Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Communication & Coordination ● Act as liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. ● Draft emails, documents, and presentations on behalf of the executive. ● Ensure smooth communication across teams. Travel & Logistics ● Plan and manage domestic and international travel. ● Prepare detailed itineraries and manage expenses. ● Coordinate visas, accommodations, and schedules. Administrative & Office Support ● Maintain records, files, and documentation. ● Coordinate vendors, office supplies, and logistics. ● Support basic HR/finance/admin tasks when required. Project & Task Management ● Track projects and deadlines across teams. ● Prepare progress summaries and reports. ● Support special initiatives and leadership projects. Meetings & Events ● Schedule meetings and manage logistics. ● Take meeting notes and circulate minutes. ● Support internal and external events. Experience & Qualifications ● 2–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. ● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Strong organizational and time-management abilities. ● High level of discretion and professionalism. ● Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. ● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
