Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition & People Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping Render Clinic's talent acquisition strategies and gradually take ownership of broader people initiatives as the organization scales. This role requires collaboration with the leadership team and reporting managers to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and create an outstanding onboarding experience, while also contributing to the development of a positive people culture.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with reporting managers and functional leaders to identify current and upcoming hiring requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear role briefs and comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and closure.
  • Collaborate with external hiring consultants and sourcing channels to build robust candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate evaluations with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on pipeline movement.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate job offers, joining formalities, and facilitate the transition from candidate to employee.

• Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Coordinate the onboarding journey for new employees in collaboration with HR, IT, Admin, and the Reporting Manager.
  • Provide new joiners with clarity on their roles, teams, and initial expectations.
  • Support the development of structured onboarding processes as Render grows.
  • Conduct or coordinate early employee check-ins to assess the new joiner’s experience and support needs.
  • Identify recurring onboarding or employee experience gaps and recommend improvements.

• People Analytics & Process Improvement

  • Maintain relevant people and recruitment data to support decision-making.
  • Track hiring, onboarding, and employee-related metrics.
  • Identify trends and gaps through people data.
  • Continuously improve people processes as Render Clinic's teams and requirements evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to support decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Employer Branding initiatives.
• Familiarity with employee engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Previous experience in a startup or rapidly growing organization.

Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.

Environment

• This position is based in Egmore, Chennai and requires an in-office work model, with a six-day workweek.
