Job Description

Principal responsibilities :   The perfect candidate is a strategic thinker who is extremely analytical and detail oriented and great at multitasking and prioritizing, as well.   As a B2C product manager, you will take end to end ownership of fisdom’s stock broking products (Mobile - Android, IOS, web), identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the product roadmap.   Key Areas of Responsibility:   - Analyze the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to acquire, engage and monetize users based on analytics data and good understanding of customer needs. - Work closely with the design & development teams to explain requirements of new features and change requests for current features. - Closely manage rollout of all product requirements with focus on both quality and time to market. - Setup, develop and roll-out structured learning experiments through A/B tests, surveys, user interviews for developing and testing hypotheses for product features & messaging. - In charge of competitor analysis, market analysis, product analysis, business cases, product evolution, feature prioritization, high level requirement gathering, and product marketing. - Understand the rapidly evolving technology and business trends in Indian financial services(aadhaar, India Stack, UPI) and regulatory environment and spot opportunities for creating unique and differentiated products.   Desired Candidate :   - 5-7 years of product management experience working in the internet economy - Should have hands on experience of building and managing mobile and web products - Experience in managing an equity broking product is a essential - Understanding of the fintech landscape is a plus - Should have a great design sense. - Works well under pressure and has the ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results. - Must be a true problem solver with outstanding skills in discovery techniques and the proven ability to translate the underlying business needs of requests into actionable items. - Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization. - A passion to solve user problems in financial services space   Salary range -  40-75L +ESOPs   Qualifications : -  B.E./B.Tech a must -  MBA from premier institutes is preferred   Ideal background - working in one of these firms - angel broking, upstox, groww, zerodha, motilal oswal, kotak securities, icici direct, 63 moons, dion   Location - Bangalore
