Job Summary

The Java Lead/Java Angular will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of software applications using Java and Angular frameworks. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the team's deliverables align with the organization’s goals and tech standards. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications and Angular front-end components.

  • Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices of coding and software development methodologies.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and efficient coding practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in software engineering to mentor the team and implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Java and Angular frameworks, with extensive experience building scalable applications.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with software version control systems, such as Git.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
