Job Summary

The Business Development Manager (U.S. Healthcare) plays a critical role in driving growth through sales, partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives. This position is focused on leveraging expertise in the U.S. healthcare market to enhance organizational revenue and expand membership through innovative strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales funnel: Manage lead generation, conversion, and revenue processes.
  • Build partnerships with U.S. healthcare providers, including clinics, physicians, and telehealth groups.
  • Drive membership growth by implementing both inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns, utilizing SEO/SEM, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and align business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in U.S. healthcare sales or business development.
  • Proven success with membership and subscription-based models.
  • Experience with onboarding healthcare providers and managing those relationships effectively.
  • Technical skills: Strong expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance in the U.S.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the U.S. healthcare sector, specifically focusing on sales and business development initiatives.

Environment

This position is remote, operating during the U.S. shift from 8 PM to 5 AM. The role may require participation in virtual meetings across different time zones.
