Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Identify and capitalize on trends to position the brand as relevant and forward-thinking.
Scaling & Growth
- Develop innovative campaigns to grow followers, engagement, and reach.
- Utilize analytics to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Experiment with new platforms and content formats to expand brand visibility.
Content Ownership
- Oversee the production of visually appealing and impactful content, including videos, graphics, and copywriting.
- Plan and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistency in posting and messaging.
- Collaborate with creative teams and freelancers for on-brand content creation.
Community Management
- Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
- Foster a strong community by building relationships with influencers, collaborators, and brand advocates.
Accountability & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report key metrics, including growth, engagement, and ROI.
- Set clear goals and own the outcomes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Continuously iterate on strategies to improve performance.
