Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions that drive the performance of our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, integrate systems, and ensure quality deliverables. The position contributes significantly to our organization’s success by maintaining high system reliability, implementing innovative tools, and pursuing continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using industry best practices.
• Coding & Testing: Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and conduct unit, integration, and system testing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless system integration.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to share best practices and enhance overall code quality.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, while ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and methodologies to improve development processes.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, and JavaScript.
• Web Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React and Node.js.
• Database Management: Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices, with working knowledge of Linux environments.
• Methodologies: Proficiency in Git and Agile methodologies; experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Testing: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans ensuring robust software quality.

Preferred Skills

• Full-Stack Development: Capability to contribute to both front-end and back-end systems.
• Advanced Cloud Computing: Experience with additional cloud platforms and advanced AWS services.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Expertise in container management and orchestration techniques.
• Modern Development Practices: Awareness of emerging trends in software engineering to drive innovation.

• Minimum Experience: 1+ year of professional experience in software development supported by a strong portfolio of projects.
