Job Summary

The Techno-Manager role is designed to lead the Platform & Infrastructure Security (PIS) function at Amadeus, ensuring the protection of platforms and infrastructure while maintaining security and compliance by design. This position enhances operational excellence and audit readiness through a collaborative, multidisciplinary global team focusing on annual deliveries and continuous improvement efforts across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive the PCI-DSS v4 and ISO 27001 campaign, overseeing re-certifications and audits.
• Accelerate the expansion of Cloud Security and Policy as a Service (POaaS).
• Lead enterprise initiatives involving File Integrity Monitoring (FIM), governance of the Amadeus Unified Descriptor (AUD), vulnerability management, and the migration of Archer for Initial Privacy & Impact Assessment and Risk Management.
• Ensure compliance with the Amadeus Security and Privacy Standards (SPS) framework, covering all security policies and standards.
• Manage Platform Security & Compliance services, including exception handling, KPI/KSI reporting, and support for SOC/PCI/ISMS.
• Collaborate with design authorities to influence security architecture and strategic decisions.
• Provide consultancy and support to all relevant units for the maintenance of security and compliance across Amadeus platforms.
• Standardize audit preparation, follow-up processes, and drive continuous improvement in operational practices.

Qualifications

• 16–18+ years of experience in IT and Information Security/Compliance, with at least 5 years in management roles.
• Proven delivery experience in PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and cloud security guardrails.
• Experience in SOC reports, SOC audits, and NIST framework knowledge is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership capabilities in stakeholder management across Platform Security, Cloud, and Data Center Privacy.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, PCI-ISA, and CCSP.
