Job Summary

The R2R (Record to Report) Profile is essential in managing and overseeing the financial reporting and accounting processes within the organization. This role contributes to ensuring accurate and timely financial information, supporting decision-making at various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explaining accounting practices.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and develop processes to enhance financial accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with other finance teams to streamline financial processes and reporting.
• Flexibility to work in shifts (UK, US, Pacific etc.).

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferred Certification: Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
• Technical Skills:
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
