Job Summary

The Risk Management Analyst will be responsible for preparing risk reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and quality. This role serves to provide critical insights into risk management across the organization, supporting decision-making at the top management level and enhancing the overall risk governance framework.

Responsibilities

• Prepare risk reports and dashboards regularly using data from various sources.
• Follow up with business lines on reported Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to clear any clarifications.
• Perform independent review of the reports prior to distribution to stakeholders and top management.
• Provide training and assistance to stakeholders on technical or process queries as needed.
• Implement robust quality assurance checks and controls throughout the reporting processes.
• Manage governance and coordination responsibilities to provide timely updates on any production-related issues or bottlenecks.
• Provide support for identifying and troubleshooting data quality issues.
• Support ad-hoc requests for analysis of data.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Operational Risk Management or a similar discipline of risk identification and management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow (particularly Problem and Incident Management).
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Excel (including tables, charts, pivot tables) and PowerPoint along with reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Basic understanding of Risk Management Framework and ITIL process.
• Skilled in influencing others without formal authority to deliver desired results.
• Ability to work virtually across time zones and cultures in a flexible manner while maintaining a work-life balance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in risk management.

Experience

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in risk management functions.
