Job Summary
The Brand Manager for Brand Revenue is responsible for owning and optimizing revenue channels through a comprehensive brand lens. This role is crucial for ensuring that performance metrics, website engagement, retention, and clinic experiences contribute positively to the brand's performance, while simultaneously enhancing consumer perception of Chosen.
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy and gather consumer insights for revenue channels.
- Oversee website product detail pages (PDPs), performance marketing content, in-clinic materials, retention efforts, sales, and product activations focusing on brand elevation.
- Balance conversion performance with consumer perception and maintain brand equity.
- Collaborate with growth, performance, and creative teams to ensure all revenue surfaces align with brand objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6-8 years in brand management or marketing, with preference for performance and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) experience.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in consumer insight analysis and performance metric interpretation.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership abilities.
- A background in the beauty industry or D2C is considered a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with performance-driven marketing strategies.
- Understanding of brand equity and consumer perception management.
Experience
