Business Finance  
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Business Finance professional 
to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in driving financial insights, 
supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business 
performance and financial goals. 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
•  Preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans 
• Develop and maintain financial models for various projects 
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for 
improvement 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for 
financial analysis 
• Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and 
management reporting 
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision
making 
• Assist in the evaluation of potential investments 
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and 
accuracy 
QUALIFICATIONS  
● 0-3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or similar analytical finance 
roles 
● Qualified Chartered Accountant   
● Strong understanding of financial statements, business metrics, and analytical 
tools  
● Hands-on experience with Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., 
Power BI, Tableau)  
● Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving  
● Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred
