If you or someone you know has, 

· Strong understanding of C&B policies, job evaluation, performance management, annual review cycle, etc.
· Designed and managed incentive programs, rewards, and prepared decks for NRC meetings.

· Proven expertise in conducting benchmarking studies to evaluate the organization's C&B offerings.

· 10+ years of experience in a C&B role is a must with an MBA from a top-tier institute.
