Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and existing client relationships, especially within HR departments of enterprises and startups.<br />
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, with a strong focus on enterprise deals.<br />
Leverage expertise in HRMS/HRIS/payroll solutions to position the company as a preferred HR technology partner.<br />
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive long-term revenue.<br />
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging HR tech innovations to identify new opportunities.<br />
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports with data-driven insights.<br />
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support sales initiatives and ensure client success.<br />
Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums to build brand visibility.</div>

<div>Requirements:</div>

6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRMS/HRIS/payroll solutions.<br />
Proven experience working with HR leaders across enterprise and high-growth startup/unicorn clients.<br />
Strong understanding of India HR/payroll compliance and employee lifecycle processes.<br />
Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and close enterprise deals.<br />
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.<br />
Strong analytical mindset with forecasting and pipeline management capabilities.<br />
Self-driven and capable of working independently to achieve and exceed targets.</div>
