<span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Cambria","serif""><span style="color:black">Key Responsibilities<br /> • Account Management: Manage relationships with category teams on Amazon, Flipkart, etc.<br /> • Catalog & Listing Excellence: Maintain product listings with optimized content, images, and SEO best practices.<br /> • Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of platform campaigns, deals, and promotions along with the help of our external digital marketing agency.<br /> • Data Analytics & Optimization: Track GMV, conversion, ROAS, bounce rates; generate insights to optimize performance.<br /> • Inventory & Fulfillment: Coordinate inventory allocation across FBA, warehouse, and partners.<br /> • Reputation Building: Drive positive reviews, resolve negative feedback, and reduce returns on key channels.<br /> • Channel Expansion: Identify, initiate, and onboard the brand on quick commerce and new retail tech platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, etc.).<br /> <br /> Success Metrics<br /> • GMV and sales growth across platforms<br /> • Keyword/product rankings<br /> • ROAS and marketing ROI<br /> • Onboarding success with new platforms and sales channels<br /> • Return rate and review score improvement</span></span></span></span><br /> <br />
