SAP WM 3PL

Job Summary

The SAP WM 3PL specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Warehouse Management (WM) processes integrated with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless logistics operations, inventory accuracy, and timely fulfillment of orders across various locations in India. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiencies and support organizational logistics goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize SAP WM processes to integrate effectively with 3PL providers.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Implement and support SAP WM modules for 3PL operations, confirming alignment with business requirements.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to warehouse management processes and logistics operations.
• Work closely with IT and operational teams to develop functional specifications and enhancements.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse and logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management and logistics.
• Strong understanding of SAP WM integration with 3PL processes.
• Proficient in SAP WM configuration and support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process improvement focus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in project management and leading SAP WM implementation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is a plus.
• Understanding of supply chain operations and logistics best practices.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP WM and 3PL logistics operations.

Environment

• Location: Pan India, with potential travel to various sites for implementation and support.
• Work Setting: Hybrid, requiring both remote and on-site presence as necessary.
