Accounts Receivable Executive

Creating and sending client invoices and statements, receiving payments, posting payments against invoices or to client accounts.

 Should have knowledge of E commerce online sales Channel invoices generation

 Making bank deposits

 Follow up with past-due accounts, send collections letters. Qualification:

 Commerce Graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience with an ecommerce company

 Good analytical and skills

 High level of accuracy

 Behavioral Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities

 Proficient with Tally & unicommerce

 High proficiency in MS Excel.

 Experience from consumer industry will be preferred

 Good Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
