Job Overview: If you're eager to establish or have already established a Phygital brand that appeals to blue-collar workers hailing from rural areas and smaller cities (tier-3 and tier-4) and earning a monthly income of 10,000 to 15,000 rupees, read on. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Smartstaff's objectives to enhance brand visibility. 2. Offline Marketing Expertise: Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print, radio, TV, billboards, and events to enhance brand awareness and engagement. 3. Digital Marketing Management: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing to drive online visibility and lead generation. 4. Brand Building: Develop and manage a cohesive brand identity and messaging strategy across all marketing channels to ensure consistent brand representation. 5. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Qualifications: ● Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on both offline and digital marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector. ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. ● Strong understanding of the Indian manufacturing industry and its target audience is a plus.
