Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Center of Excellence (COE) role focuses on aligning internal talent needs with the external talent pool through effective talent mapping and landscape analysis. This position is crucial for optimizing recruitment processes and ensuring timely hiring to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Mapping & Landscape Analysis: Collaborate with zonal recruitment teams to align internal talent needs with the external talent pool, tailoring hiring strategies to meet organizational requirements.
  • Tracking & Progress Monitoring: Work with zonal teams to monitor recruitment progress and provide ongoing updates on key metrics, ensuring efficient hiring processes.
  • TA Dashboard & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain detailed dashboards to track hiring performance, sourcing strategies, and key recruitment metrics, using data analysis to provide actionable insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in TA processes and recommend solutions to enhance effectiveness and improve the experience for employees, stakeholders, and candidates.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and create reports that enhance talent acquisition efforts and decision-making.
  • Special Projects: Lead or support special projects aimed at enhancing talent acquisition strategies, tools, and processes, including refining sourcing channels and improving reporting practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree specialized in Human Resources; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role with proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, focusing on data tracking, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and data visualization.
  • Soft Skills: Strong execution orientation, attention to detail, project management skills, and excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with zonal recruitment teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience

2–3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on talent acquisition, data tracking, reporting, and process optimization.
