<p>Job Description: Experienced BDR for PLM Lead Generation (India, US, Europe)</p>
<p>Overview</p>
<p>We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive lead</p>
<p>generation for our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions across India, the US, and</p>
<p>Europe. This role focuses on outbound prospecting to identify, engage, and qualify leads,</p>
<p>building a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline for the sales team.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<p>Prospecting & Lead Generation</p>
<p>Conduct proactive outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social platforms to</p>
<p>identify potential clients.</p>
<p>Research and map target accounts, focusing on decision-makers relevant to PLM</p>
<p>solutions.</p>
<p>Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and databases to build and manage</p>
<p>prospect lists.</p>
<p>Outreach & Handoff</p>
<p>Execute high-volume outbound calling and messaging campaigns to spark interest in</p>
<p>PLM offerings.</p>
<p>Tailor outreach to regional and industry-specific needs for relevance and impact.</p>
<p>Record all outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM.</p>
<p>Pass qualified leads to sales team for further engagement and conversion.</p>
<p>Collaboration & Reporting</p>
<p>Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategy and messaging.</p>
<p>Report on lead generation metrics, pipeline status, and campaign outcomes.</p>
<p>Support virtual and in-person events to boost lead gen efforts when needed.Required Skills & Experience</p>
<p>4+ years of BDR/SDR experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.</p>
<p>Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.</p>
<p>Strong research and communication skills; able to engage mid-to-senior-level</p>
<p>stakeholders.</p>
<p>Understanding of PLM or other Enterprise software is preferred</p>
<p>Proficient with CRM and other sales engagement tools.</p>
<p>Cultural adaptability with either pr all of India, US, and European markets.</p>
<p>Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.</p>
