Job Summary

The Network Lead will be responsible for designing secure and scalable network architectures for enterprise and government clients. This role is crucial in ensuring the implementation and management of routing, security devices, and network infrastructures that are efficient and compliant with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design secure and scalable network architectures focusing on SD-WAN, core networking, firewalls, and data center infrastructure.
• Configure, deploy, and manage routing, switching, and security devices from various vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, Checkpoint, Fortinet, and Radware.
• Lead solutioning and engagement with multiple OEMs to evaluate technologies, ensure compliance, and recommend the best-fit solutions.
• Create and review High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Bill of Materials (BoM), Bill of Quantities (BoQ), network diagrams, and documentation aligned with customer RFP/RFQ.
• Manage complex network migration and implementation projects, including developing cutover strategies and rollback plans.
• Provide technical mentorship, lead solution workshops, and present network/security strategies to clients and internal teams.
• Understand data center networking and security including segmentation, load balancing, virtualization, and resilience strategies.
• Exposure to Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architecture and solutions, integrating SD-WAN with cloud-delivered security.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in networking including expertise in SD-WAN, data centers, OEM integration, and bid management.
• Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Checkpoint, and Extreme networks.
  • Expertise in network security technologies such as VPNs, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and access control.
  • Understanding of network automation, SLA structuring, and technical evaluations.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, capable of working individually and as a technical leader.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and coordinate delivery across multiple projects.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years in a relevant Network role, with experience in SD-WAN, data center operations, OEM systems integration, and bid management processes.

Environment

• Hybrid work setting based in Noida, with requirements for travel based on business needs.
