Job Summary

The Salesforce Loyalty Management Specialist is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management programs. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing customer engagement and retention through effective loyalty strategies that align with the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Loyalty Management programs, including tiered, point-based, and subscription models.
  • Integrate Loyalty Management with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Cloud, and various partner systems.
  • Customize member journeys, rewards structures, and engagement workflows to optimize user experience.
  • Collaborate with business teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting requirements, and analytics for ongoing improvement.
  • Ensure smooth deployment of loyalty programs and provide post-implementation support to address any issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Core (Sales/Service Cloud).
  • Hands-on expertise with the Salesforce Loyalty Management module.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud and customer engagement strategies.
  • Good understanding of data modeling, application programming interface (API) integration, and automation tools.
  • Salesforce certifications in Admin, Consultant, or Loyalty Management are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience
