Job Summary

As an Animation and Multi Media Analyst, you will play an integral role in various stages of product development, from early innovation to market launch. This position focuses on preparing animation videos and course content that are SCORM compliant and developing these assets within SCORM Learning Management Systems (LMS) for Fraudopedia’s courses. The role is ideal for candidates with strong skills in SCORM, video production, and a creative approach, coupled with a keen interest in promoting financial integrity across industries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in all product development stages, contributing to early-stage innovation and product lifecycle.
• Develop high-quality animation videos and multimedia content that are SCORM compliant.
• Create and manage course content within SCORM Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Conduct data analytics to extract actionable insights and industry trends.
• Assist in formulating and executing go-to-market strategies for new products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business and product objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in financial analysis, animation, video production, or related domains.
• Proficiency in animation software and video production tools.
• Hands-on experience with SCORM development and SCORM LMS.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms).
• Strong quantitative and logical reasoning abilities.
• High level of integrity and a genuine interest in building financial trust across industries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in early-stage product development or FinTech environments.
• Familiarity with business analytics and reporting software.
• Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and business development processes.
• Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience
