Job Description
We're looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Delhi, with strong experience working with corporates, particularly in handling small claim amount cases.
Ideal candidates should have experience working with NBFCs, where cases are often allocated and the BDM functions more like an account/relationship manager. This role is focused on the Delhi region, so candidates should be based locally.
Target clients include government PSUs (like ONGC), enterprises like Dabur, or any company with a minimum turnover of ₹500 crore.
Currently, many of these companies handle arbitration through retired judges. However, our online arbitration model is more efficient since it eliminates the need for physical presence. For instance, there’s a ₹100 crore case currently in arbitration where ₹2–3 crore is paid just to the judge. Our platform offers advantages like live transcription, streamlined processes, and better cost-efficiency.
Note: We focus strictly on arbitration and do not engage in litigation. A candidate with experience in legal tech companies would be highly suitable for this role.
