AI Engineer – HR Agents
Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Engineer who will focus on building and deploying AI agents that automate HR workflows, providing data-driven insights across hiring, performance, mobility, and workforce analytics. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes through innovative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI agents aimed at automating HR workflows and enhancing decision-making processes.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into effective AI solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of scalable, reusable systems by focusing on production-ready AI applications.
- Implement and improve automation pipelines that leverage AI and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within existing HR systems.
- Monitor and refine AI agents to meet performance metrics and operational demands.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Python-based backend or AI engineering.
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), including tools like OpenAI, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
- Strong skills in APIs, data handling, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows.
- Proven track record in building and deploying production-ready AI applications.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to the HR technology landscape or HR workflows.
- Experience with automation pipelines or AI copilots.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation, including guardrails and governance.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in AI engineering or a related role, specifically in the context of HR.
