Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Market Strategy & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends in the HDPE and PP packaging sectors. Develop and execute strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities and drive revenue growth. - Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and pursue potential clients, in the FMCG, Lubricants, and other industries. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to enhance customer retention and drive repeat business. - Sales & Revenue Generation: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of Banyan Nation's recycled HDPE and PP products for their packaging portfolio. - Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including environmental organizations, government agencies, and industry associations. Represent Banyan Nation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. - Product Innovation & Development: Collaborate with the product development team to understand market needs and customer requirements. Provide feedback and insights to drive the development of new products and solutions tailored to market demands. - Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, outlining achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.
