We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Production
Lead, you will play a critical role in the creation and delivery of high-quality English language content in our
audio-series category/ your expertise in audio production, voice artist management, and content quality
assurance will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.

 

Responsibilities
1. Voice Artist Acquisition and Management:
 Leverage your industry network and experience to attract and recruit a diverse pool of talented voice
artists.
 Lead the selection process, including auditions and casting, to match the right voice talent with the
project requirements.
 Manage and nurture relationships with voice artists, ensuring their engagement, satisfaction, and longterm
commitment.
2. People Management & cross-functional collaboration:
• Supervise and provide guidance to the entire production team, including associate producers; work
closely with the Post-Production team to ensure that the final output is of the best quality.
• Set clear expectations, establish workflows, and provide regular feedback to ensure the team's success
and professional growth.
3. Quality Assurance:
• Maintain a high standard of quality for all audio-series, ensuring consistency in voice production, voiceover
editing, and overall content delivery.
• Implement quality control measures, review and approve final productions to meet or exceed industry
standards.

4. Community Engagement:
 Foster a strong and collaborative community of voice artists by implementing initiatives that enhance
communication, support, and growth opportunities.
 Design and organize networking events to facilitate skill development and foster a sense of belonging
within Pocket FM’s voice artist community.

 

Qualifications
 Minimum 8 years of proven experience in audio dramas and audiobooks production, preferably in a
leadership role.
 Extensive knowledge of audio production techniques, sound design, editing, and mixing.
 Strong network and ability to unlock a wider pool of voice artists with diverse styles and abilities.
 Demonstrated track record in managing voice artist engagement, fostering a supportive community, and
driving their continuous growth.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with voice artists,
team members, and other stakeholders.
 Effective people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.
 Attention to detail and a keen sense of audio quality control.
 Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
