Job Summary

The Cluster Head for Middle-Mile will play a pivotal role in shaping the e-commerce logistics experience by managing operations within the Rajasthan cluster. This role involves onboarding and training partners, ensuring compliance with operational processes, and driving performance metrics to improve overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and training of new partners for Middle Mile operations.
• Identify and onboard new partners into the network continuously.
• Track and manage the performance of various partners in the cluster.
• Conduct facility visits for audits and address any operational gaps.
• Ensure compliance with established operational processes.
• Drive key operational metrics and achieve performance targets end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 3-5 years in the e-commerce logistics domain, preferably in Middle Mile operations.
• Proven expertise in partner onboarding and training within Middle Mile and sorting operations.
• Familiarity with the geographic location is advantageous; experience in control tower and field operations is considered a plus.
