<p><b>Roles & Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p><b>Enterprise Sales:</b> Identify, engage, negotiate, and close large deals with some of the best</p>
<p>companies worldwide.</p>
<p><b>Relationship Building:</b> Leverage in-depth connections in the enterprise segment, ensuring</p>
<p>top-to-bottom mapping, understanding the current landscape, and identifying business</p>
<p>prospects.</p>
<p><b>Communication Excellence:</b> Utilize outstanding communication skills to present, influence,</p>
<p>and negotiate effectively.</p>
<p><b>Strategy Development:</b> Demonstrate dynamism and creativity in constructing favorable</p>
<p>RFPs, direct deals, and devising effective sales strategies tailored to the evolving market</p>
<p>landscape.</p>

<p><b>Pipeline Building & Sales Management:</b> Develop, manage, and optimize the sales</p>
<p>pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of prospects and efficient sales cycle management.</p>

<p><b>Marketing & PR Initiatives:</b> Lead marketing campaigns, including online marketing, social</p>
<p>media outreach, and public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.</p>
<p>●</p>
<p><b>Team Training & Skills Development:</b> Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring</p>
<p>continuous skill enhancement, product knowledge, and sales technique refinement.</p>
<p>●</p>
<p><b>Target Achievement:</b> Adopt a highly target-oriented, aggressive approach, ensuring sales</p>
<p>goals are consistently met or exceeded.</p>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Ability to lead the sales cycle with client personnel at the CxO level</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in target-based enterprise sales.</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Proven experience in leading the team to achieve annual sales targets</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Not afraid to get their hands dirty with sales tasks and business development</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Proven track record of handling and closing deals with large enterprise clients, both</p>
<p>domestically and internationally</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Alignment with Grow-Trees' cultural values and mission. Honesty and integrity are key.</p>
<p>Strong network and connections within the enterprise customer segment.</p>

<p>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.</p>
<p>Experience with CRM tools and data management.</p>
<p>Experience in Tree Plantation organizations or with Nature Based Solution will be plus</p>
