Vivriti AMC has also made investments of over USD 575 million across 80+ entities. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rGfHVlRX0A Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, technically strong and innovative person to take on the role of Head of Products for Vivriti Capital. The individual would lead ideation, design, development, and scaling of bespoke credit and capital markets products. This role is pivotal to shaping the company’s strategy of product-led growth in for mid-market enterprises and financial institutions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in structured finance, debt capital markets and lending products, with the ability to build high-performance teams and collaborate across credit, business, sales, and treasury functions. Key Responsibilities Product Leadership & Innovation • Identify white spaces in the mid-corporate and FI lending markets and create bespoke product offerings aligned with client needs and investor appetite. • Drive product lifecycle management including concept design, go-to-market planning, pricing strategy, legal structuring, and operational rollout. Structured Finance & Capital Markets • Spearhead structured deals such as securitizations, pooled bonds, credit-enhanced structures, covered bonds, guarantee backed bonds etc. • Collaborate with rating agencies, legal counsel, credit teams, and investors to drive high quality deal execution. • Develop internal product infrastructure – models, templates, legal docs, and investor frameworks. Investor Solutions & Fundraising Strategy • Work with investor relations and treasury to structure products suitable for domestic and offshore pools – including AIFs, mutual funds, family offices, and DFIs. • Provide strategic inputs for capital structuring and funding diversification using productized debt instruments. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Act as the central bridge between strategy, origination, credit, legal, operations and treasury teams to ensure successful delivery of complex financial solutions. • Represent the firm’s product thinking to external stakeholders including investors, rating agencies, clients, and regulatory bodies. Team Building & Leadership • Build and mentor a high-calibre product and structured finance team. • Drive thought leadership, market research, and internal capability building to stay ahead of product trends and regulatory changes. Ideal Candidate Profile • 15-20 years of experience in structured finance, product development and capital markets across banks / NBFCs / investment platforms / DCM desks. • Deep experience in launching and scaling new lending products (leasing, LRD, loan against shares, factoring, credit-enhanced bonds, securitization etc.). • Strong relationships with institutional investors, banks, rating agencies, and legal counsels. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end product rollouts in a high-growth environment. • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Educational background in Finance, Economics, or related field (CA/MBA from reputed institute preferred).
