<ul> <li> <div>As Legal Counsel, you will report directly to the Global Head of Legal (UK) with a matrix reporting into India Managing Director&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Negotiating, drafting and reviewing&nbsp;commercial agreements with clients, merchants, suppliers and any other party the Company may have agreements with.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Advising on legal aspects&nbsp;of issues encountered by the Company.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations in addition to Group policies, including but not limited to, voucher related regulations, payment regulations, AML, anti-fraud, personal data protection and employment law in the operations of the Company.&nbsp;</div> </li> </ul>
