Job Description
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including but not limited to labour laws, corporate governance, and regulatory filings.
- Facilitate and manage board meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain corporate records.
- Support the CFO in financial functions such as financial reporting, MIS (Management Information Systems), and other strategic financial initiatives.
- Assist in building and maintaining internal controls and policies that align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards across various departments.
