Job Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
Oversee the collection, storage, management, and analysis of large volumes of data from various sources.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing best practices in data governance and compliance with relevant regulations.
Be conversant with modern BI architectures and leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data solutions.
Demonstrate expertise on BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc., to deliver robust data visualization and reporting solutions.
Architect and manage data warehouses and data lakes to ensure scalable, reliable, and efficient data storage and retrieval.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance, to understand their data needs and develop the appropriate reporting capabilities
Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics technologies and tools, and recommend their adoption to enhance data capabilities.
