It should capture only the key responsibilities of the role. 1 Conceptualize the HR Strategy in alignment with business direction &bull; Formulate HR policies &amp; practices that build a positive work environment in line with local laws and regulations &bull; Promote an organization culture that supports the overall HR strategy and company values 2 Formulate and Lead performance management &amp; rewards, learning &amp; development, talent management and operations as per business requirements &bull; Institutionalize a performance culture by focusing on goal setting, timely performance reviews and feedback &bull; Ensure that the Local HR team adheres to the Performance Management Cycle and timelines 3 Formulize talent acquisition policies &bull; Design and ensure that the Local HR team adheres to the recruitment policy and TAT for all positions &bull; Conducting final interviews for hirings across locations 4 Conceptulize talent management strategy and facilitate employee development programs to build employee capability as per business requirements &bull; Build culture of knowledge sharing by facilitating trainings within and across departments in consultation with the leadership team at the campus 5 Analytics and MIS &bull; Provide a monthly HR dashboard to the President that captures all key metrics and components that define the HR function at the campus 6 Creation of HR scorecard and ensure achievement of the performance measures against the targets &bull; Set the campus&rsquo;s HR performance targets in line with the global HR scorecard and establish the measurement criteria for the same &bull; Check the progress against the scorecard at regular intervals and modify targets and criteria for evaluation in the event of any unforeseen changes in the market conditions 7 Grievance Management and Redressal &bull; Continuously encourage local HR and HODs to interact with employees and understand the pulse of the campus &bull; Address employee grievances to enhance the motivational level of the employees &bull; Ensure high engagement levels of the team&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Section IV: Key Result Areas In this section, please mention the indicative role based KRAs. Actual KRAs will be populated from the performance management system Attrition percentage viz a viz the market (Involuntary Turnover for the organization) Training: % of Employee coverage &amp; Training man-days Timely completion of performance evaluation and feedback for the HR team.</div>
