Job Summary
The Key Account Manager (KAM) for Qcomm is responsible for managing Q-Commerce accounts, focusing on revenue generation, profitability, and market share growth. This role involves developing strategic business plans, enhancing product visibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success in the evolving FMCG landscape.
Responsibilities
- Own P&L for Q-Commerce accounts and deliver revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Develop strategic business plans for each platform and drive execution aligned with growth outcomes.
- Drive new product listings, catalogue hygiene, and assortment optimization, ensuring accurate product content for improved visibility.
- Plan and execute platform promotions, optimizing spend for maximum ROI while coordinating with marketing.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock availability, ensuring high fill rates during peak events.
- Analyze sales trends and competition, preparing dashboards and recommending actions based on data-driven insights.
- Lead negotiations on margins, visibility budgets, and manage claims and payments across platforms.
- Work closely with supply chain, finance, category, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure successful product launches on Q-Commerce platforms.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in managing Q-Commerce or E-Commerce platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, dashboard creation, and platform analytics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong negotiation abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with the ability to interpret sales trends and consumer behavior.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ownership, agility, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of e-commerce operations, fulfillment cycles, and promotional mechanics.
- Familiarity with FMCG industry trends, particularly in food and beverages.
Experience
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in managing Q-Commerce or E-Commerce platforms within the FMCG sector.
