

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Growth Strategy:
Design and implement the overarching growth strategy to scale SparX Studio's presence and engagement across key platforms, with a focus on Instagram and YouTube.
Leadership and Team Management:
Oversee and coordinate a multidisciplinary team, including:
Researchers: Identify content opportunities, trends, and audience preferences.
Content Strategists: Develop strategies for YouTube long-form videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Stories, Reels, and posts.
Performance Marketers: Drive campaigns to optimize reach and engagement.
Creative Team: Collaborate with editors and graphic designers to produce high-quality content.
Guest Strategy and Outreach:
Shape the strategy for inviting and featuring guests on SparX Studio's content.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and subject matter experts.
Networking and Brand Representation:
Act as SparX Studio’s representative, fostering collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorships.
Participate in industry events and community engagements to expand the brand's reach.
Platform Growth and Optimization:
Analyze platform metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Continuously refine strategies to optimize audience acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Product Improvement:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve SparX Studio’s offerings, ensuring alignment with audience needs and trends.

Experience: 5–7 years in the media or content creation industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing teams.
