NBHC ProComm Inspection & Lab Testing Services has 31 brick & mortar labs and 175+ mobile labs for Quality Testing of around 250+ agri-commodities.  It is accredited with ISO 9001 : 2015 | 22000 : 2017  and has managed commodities worth Rs. 12,000 billion.  ProComm Lab holds recognition of FSSAI (Food Safety Authority Of India), Approved by APEDA (Agricultural and processed food products export development authority) with membership of IOPEPC (Indian Oilseed And Produce Export Promotion Council) with 9 (nine) authorized signatories, 13 Approved samplers and out of 17 total 13 food categories covered in Scope.

Pestinct Pro Solutions, the pest management division of NBHC serves 20 States with 59 Licenses to operate including Central Insecticides Board, State Department of Agriculture among others.

Background to the position	With the current CHRO  moving on and the needs of the business changing, the organisation is keen to bring on board a strong HR professional with extensive exposure to HR operations and entire gamut of HR function.  Keeping in view the long term strategy and growth plans of the organization, the Board is keen to on-board a dynamic and enterprising professional who could work closely with the CEO and contribute to the growth of the business.
Key Result Areas	The CHRO would be a part of senior management responsible for formulation and execution of overall business strategy. He would be leading a set of professionals which are broadly divided in 6 teams as listed below:   HR Operations:  This team has 7 members with 3 Regional HRBPs based at different locations than HO, Mumbai.  The team takes care of entire life cycle events of employee right from onboarding to management of final settlement and process owner for joining, induction, confirmation, transfers, disciplinary actions and final settlements. The team also provides MIS on headcount, attrition , manpower cost and HC budget monitoring, HRIS management.   Learning & Development: This team has 2 members at HO Mumbai. It is responsible for talent development and management, training and development initiatives, performance management, incentive schemes for various business units, reward and recognition programmes, engagement initiatives, drive summer interns and Management trainee hiring through Campus interface, HR policies – design and implementation and support leadership development initiatives.     Talent acquisition: This team has 2 members at HO, Mumbai. They take care of deploying manpower as per business needs in line with budgets, development schemes to attract talents , drive campus recruitment schemes for  sales & marketing profiles .   Payroll & Compliances: This team has two members mainly responsible for payroll processing, all statutory payments wrt payroll, Income tax compliance, audit of payroll and compensation and compliances.   Administration: This team has 4 members , responsible for general administration of HO and all India offices, travel desk management including policies, all employee related insurance management such as GTL, GPA, GMC, etc policies, shops and establishments licenses, stationery and office furniture/ fixtures management.   Corporate Communications & CSR :  This team has two members catering to NPS for all business lines, driving new product/services launches, participation into seminars, exhibitions, conferences by businesses, dealing with press/media for external and internal communications, newsletters, driving CSR projects/initiatives, etc.

Qualification & Experience	Qualified post graduate  HR professional with 15+ years of relevant post qualification experience in mid or large sized professionally run organizations with the last 3 plus years in a functional leadership role Demonstrated track record of having driving HR initiates contributing to building good working culture and effectiveness of business.
