Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
Build clear category narratives (deodorants, soaps, body care, etc.)
Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
Content & Campaigns
Lead execution of:
Social media content
Campaigns and launches
Founder-led storytelling
Work with:
Designers
Photographers
Video editors
Drive content that converts, not just looks good
Product Launches & GTM
Lead go-to-market strategy for:
New product launches
Category expansions
Work closely with:
R&D
Operations
Sales
Partnerships & Community
Drive:
Influencer collaborations
Brand partnerships
Community-led initiatives
Performance & Insights
Track brand performance across:
Channels
Campaigns
Categories
Work with performance marketing to:
Improve CAC
Improve LTV
Use insights to refine strategy
Cross-functional Leadership
Coordinate across:
