Job Description
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share for diamond cutting tools, with a focus on SCD and PCD products.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the machining industry, including manufacturers, tooling distributors, and end-users.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on the selection, application, and optimization of diamond cutting tools, including SCD and PCD inserts, drills, end mills, and reamers.
4. Collaborate with customers to understand their machining requirements, identify opportunities for tooling optimization, and recommend customized solutions to improve machining efficiency and productivity.
5. Conduct product training sessions and technical seminars for customers, distributors, and internal sales teams to increase product knowledge and promote the benefits of SCD and PCD tools.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and recommend product enhancements or new product development initiatives.
