Job Title: Website Manager

Salary: 6-8 lakhs per annum
Overview:
The Website Manager will be responsible for managing, updating, and optimizing our Shopify
website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functionally robust. This role
requires a strong understanding of Shopify’s technical aspects, customization capabilities, and
e-commerce best practices. The Website Manager will work closely with marketing, design, and
operations teams to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities:
o Oversee day-to-day operations of Shopify website, including product uploads, inventory
updates, and routine maintenance.
o Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth product listings and cataloging on Shopify,
maintaining daily website hygiene for an optimized and up-to-date online presence..
o Implement apps and integrations to improve website functionality and enhance the
customer experience.
o Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, track KPIs, and provide insights
for growth.
o Collaborates with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve
search engine optimization (SEO) results for the brand website.
o Manage promotional banners, seasonal sales, and new product launches to ensure they
align with business objectives.
o Ensure the website is secure and compliant with all relevant legal and industry
standards.
o Regularly back up website data and implement security measures to protect customer
data.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
o Proven experience managing and developing Shopify websites (minimum 2-3 years).
o Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Shopify
Analytics.
o Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying
improvement areas.
o Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
