The Influencer Marketing Manager will spearhead influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring effective execution and tracking, while building strong partnerships with key influencers in the skincare and makeup sectors. Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and track high-budget influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Manage partnerships with Instagram influencers, focusing on outreach, negotiations, and deliverable tracking.
  • Work on skincare and makeup category campaigns while understanding content that performs well.
  • Identify and onboard suitable creators based on audience fit, performance history, and brand alignment.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Instagram metrics to assess effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain a network/database of relevant influencers for current and future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, and digital) to ensure alignment on campaign messaging and goals.
  • Track and report influencer content delivery, reach, engagement, and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics post-campaign.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing best practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in social media metrics and analytics, especially for Instagram.
  • Ability to manage high-budget campaigns effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with content creation and understanding of performance-driven marketing.
