Job Summary

The Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) role is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of Salesforce applications through thorough manual testing. The successful candidate will focus on the Sales and Service Cloud functionalities, ensuring that all features work as intended and meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual testing for Salesforce applications, specifically within the Sales and Service Cloud environments.
• Analyze business requirements and design test cases based on the functional specifications.
• Execute test cases and document the results, reporting any defects or issues to the development team.
• Collaborate with developers and project stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Participate in defining testing strategies and best practices for Salesforce QA processes.
• Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and work closely with end-users to validate system functionality.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in Salesforce applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience in manual testing methodologies and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting issues clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing initiatives concurrently.
• Familiarity with testing tools and software enhancement methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing tools for Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Familiarity with post-release and bug-fixing processes.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Salesforce QA roles related to manual testing.

Environment

This position is fully remote allowing flexibility in work location, with standard office equipment provided by the organization.
