Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our team in Pune. The role focuses on developing and enhancing applications specifically for the HR, Dealer, and Vendor domains using SAP technologies. This position is crucial for ensuring that our systems are configured optimally to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ABAP programs for HR, Dealer, and Vendor applications.
• Execute functional configuration and enhancements within the SAP HR module.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new functionalities.
• Create and deploy OData services to support user interface development.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Provide ongoing support and resolution for issues related to SAP applications.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP, particularly within HR, Dealer, and Vendor domains.
• Experience with OData service development and implementation.
• Solid understanding of HR functional configuration in SAP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of other SAP modules and integration points.
• Experience with SAP HANA development.

Experience

A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development with a focus on HR, Dealer, and Vendor areas.

Environment

This position is based in Pune and requires the candidate to work from the office.
