<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Manage a team of 18+ developers and guide the product team (comprising of Developers, Designers, 3D artists, Hardware) by building standardised cross functional systems </span></span></span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">● Strong experience with Unity3D programming in a collaborative environment. </span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">● Exposure to Unity: Input System, UnityEvents, Navmesh, Shader Graph, Oculus SDK Other SDK: VRIF, VRTK, Firebase, Any Version Control Tool(Plastic SCM preferred), XR Interaction Toolkit and AR Core/AR Kit/AR Foundation.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"> ● Experience implementing integrations between multiple systems, servers, and experience profiling and optimising game and render performance (GPU and CPU)</span></span></span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">● Experience creating and working with Shaders is a plus</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">● Able to create editor Tools in Unity 3D to meet Functional Requirements for Industrial Use Cases. ● Prior network / cloud based multiplayer games development experience in Unity 3D is a clear advantage. </span></span></span></p>
