Job Description

Cusmat is a B2B Upskilling startup that helps companies in industries like Mining, Logistics, Pharma & Manufacturing.

Cusmat enableS organisations to assess, train, upskill, plan learning tracks for employees by using AR/VR cloud learning management systems.

Their Metaverse based skilling platform impacts metrics across productivity, operational efficiency, safety by improving skill levels of blue – collared workforce.

They have raised Series A funding to the tune of $4.2 M dollar

DTDC, Schneider Electric, DHL, Vedanta Resources, Solar Group, Thriveni Earthmovers, MOIL, Department of Atomic Energy, NLC, Voltas Ltd, Hindustan Zinc are some of our major enterprise customers for whom they  have built and deployed robust training systems

 

Our proprietary technology consists of two critical components- Metaverse (to Simulate industrial environments with realism) and Embedded Analytics Engine (helps benchmark the current skill levels of the trainee to the expected Peak Productivity Standards)

Key Roles and Responsibilities ●

Manage a team of 18+ developers and guide the product team (comprising of Developers, Designers, 3D artists, Hardware) by building standardised cross functional systems

● Oversee front-end and back-end development teams and their projects

 ● Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements

● Create and implement cross functional team Workflow

 ● Understand, conceptualise, implement and contribute to the Core Simulation Engine

 ● Work closely with Product, Pre-Sales and Customer teams to understand and device optimal solutions for the targeted output

 

Skills

● Strong experience with Unity3D programming in a collaborative environment.

● Exposure to Unity: Input System, UnityEvents, Navmesh, Shader Graph, Oculus SDK Other SDK: VRIF, VRTK, Firebase, Any Version Control Tool(Plastic SCM preferred), XR Interaction Toolkit and AR Core/AR Kit/AR Foundation.

 ● Experience implementing integrations between multiple systems, servers, and experience profiling and optimising game and render performance (GPU and CPU)

 ● Good gasp on OOPS and Design patterns.

● Code base optimization and maintaining code in repositories as per organization policy.

● Experience creating and working with Shaders is a plus

● Able to create editor Tools in Unity 3D to meet Functional Requirements for Industrial Use Cases. ● Prior network / cloud based multiplayer games development experience in Unity 3D is a clear advantage.

● Multiplayer using Photon, Mirror, or Netcode, Cloud architecture and Database understanding like Firebase, AWS, GCP or Azure for unity projects would be a plus
