HR - Manager - Intern Management The HR Operations Manager– Intern Management will be responsible for managing the end-to end operational lifecycle of interns, including documentation, attendance tracking, stipend processing, data accuracy, and offboarding coordination. This role ensures timely execution of internship processes while maintaining data integrity and cross-functional alignment with IT and Accounts teams. Key Responsibilities Documentation & Onboarding Support ● Send internship contracts, NDAs, and offer letters to selected interns. ● Ensure all documentation is signed and stored accurately. ● Maintain proper documentation records for compliance purposes. Attendance & Data Management ● Track and maintain daily attendance records of interns. ● Maintain and update the Intern Master Sheet with accurate and real-time data. ● Update intern records with offboarding details, including date of exit. ● Ensure data integrity and prevent discrepancies in records. Stipend Processing & Coordination ● Calculate monthly stipends based on attendance and eligibility criteria. ● Prepare and finalize stipend data at least 10 days prior to the payout date. ● Share stipend sheets with the Accounts team for processing. ● Coordinate with Accounts to resolve stipend-related discrepancies or queries. Offboarding Coordination ● Inform relevant stakeholders about intern exits. ● Coordinate with the IT team to complete offboarding activities (system access, email, Slack, etc.). ● Ensure smooth and timely closure of intern accounts.
