Java + ReactJS Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java for backend development and ReactJS for frontend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance applications, contributing to system architecture decisions, and working closely with cross-functional teams. This role will play a key part in delivering scalable and efficient solutions, ensuring optimal performance across all applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and Maintain Backend Services: Create scalable and robust Java-based backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Build Responsive UI Components: Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Code Quality and Optimization: Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices while optimizing applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Code Reviews and Troubleshooting: Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and adherence to development standards.

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Tool Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and JIRA.
• Methodologies:
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Educational Qualification:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with modern development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Experience

• Minimum Experience: 6+ Years of hands-on experience in full stack development with emphasis on Java and ReactJS.
